Custom modular construction is a popular choice for high-end sales offices. These facilities are often finished with cutting-edge style for an exclusive, even dramatic sales experience. And because they’re modular, they can be relocated and reused at other properties, making them the more cost-effective and sustainable building option.
We recently completed a sales office for the Acqualina beach-front condominiums, a new high-rise development in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. The developer had to sell the dream of living on the beach in ultimate luxury. While the tower was under construction, ModSpace built an 8,880-square-foot modular sales center that featured an exact modular replica of the finished condominiums. The model had to convince guests and potential buyers of the condo value.
The ModSpace team in Florida worked with designers to create a modular building that would accommodate the structural requirements of a hurricane zone while presenting the elegant aesthetics and amenities required. The interior was finished with linear diffusers, specialty lighting, stunning wall and floor finishes, and floor to ceiling glass windows and doors.
And because modular is up to 50% faster than traditional construction, the elaborate sales office was ready on schedule, so sales could get underway, without compromising quality.
