Civic leaders, two racecar drivers and several customers joined the ModSpace Team today for the grand opening of our new modular branch office in Middletown, CT. The new office replaces three aging facilities with a centralized facility from which ModSpace can serve its customers in the region. Chamber of Commerce President Larry McHue was on hand while Middletown Mayor Daniel Drew cut the ribbon officially opening the new facility.
The new branch includes a large office for the ModSpace sales, operations and construction service teams, a maintenance facility and a storage yard for the large inventory of mobile office trailers and ModSafe portable storage containers.
The Hartford branch is also a clear example of ModSpace’s commitment to green building. The main structure was designed and built from refurbished modular units which dramatically reduced construction waste.
