The Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York, with assistance from ModSpace, held a Women in Construction Day for high school girls aspiring to work in technical fields. 40 young women from McKinley High School, located in Buffalo, NY, spent the day learning about the growing opportunities for women in the construction industry. ModSpace’s Caryn Ciotti was on hand to participate in the event.
